AD&D Biotech shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use, or the inability to use the product.

AD&D Biotech does not agree to and is not bound by any other terms or conditions, unless those terms or conditions have been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of AD&D Biotech.

AD&D Biotech disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines.
